Metron Fitness

Hi, I'm Niko.

I help busy people get fit without making it their whole personality.

Why METRON exists.

Swap in Niko's real story

I've spent years training clients around Melbourne, and I kept seeing the same thing. Smart, busy people would start strong, get handed a plan that looked like a tax return, and quietly disappear by week three.

It was never a willpower problem. The plans were just too much. Six sessions a week doesn't survive a sick kid, a deadline or a wet Tuesday in July.

So I stripped it back. Two sessions a week: one for strength, one for size, with proper recovery in between. Clear instructions for every exercise. Stuff you'll actually do, written by someone who actually trains people.

That's METRON Fitness. Train less, train right, and progress. Rest isn't a day off from the program. It's part of it.

Consistency beats intensity.

Two decent sessions a week, every week, beats one heroic week followed by six months on the couch. Small effort, done regularly, wins. Every single time.

How it happened.

  1. Where it started

    Training clients around Melbourne

Early mornings, late nights and a lot of “this time I'll be consistent.”

  2. The pattern

    The simplest plans won

The clients who stuck around weren't the most motivated. They just had the least complicated plan.

  3. The experiment

Two sessions a week, proper rest between

A handful of clients tried it. They kept showing up. A few of them got quite annoying about it.

  4. Now

The same approach as a subscription, for half the price of a single PT session. Per month.

What I believe.

  • Simple.

If a program needs a glossary, it's not one of mine.

  • Realistic.

Built for real weeks: late meetings, sick kids, bad sleep and footy finals.

  • No judgement.

Start from zero. Start from the couch. Start again for the fifth time. All welcome.
